Images of the incident that occurred last Monday, December 11, in the municipality of Puerto Colombia are circulating on social networks, which left three people dead and three more injured.

Two videos are circulating on social networks, revealing the magnitude of the accident that took place last Monday, December 11 at the Pradomar Hotel, located in the municipality of Puerto Colombia. The images, captured by the establishment's security cameras, show the entry of a tractor-trailer loaded with construction materials that initially collided with another smaller cargo vehicle and then hit the hotel structure. It is speculated that a mechanical failure in the tractor-trailer was the cause of the incident.

The driver of the heavy vehicle, Evaristo José López Mendoza, 57, died immediately. José Tomás Villegas Sequera and Luis David Castro Sarmiento, both hotel employees and aged 30, also lost their lives. Other injured were Carlos Humberto Álvarez Haack, an employee of the place, and Gustavo Elías Borge Lázaro, 22 years old, who were taken to the municipal hospital. Carlos Silvera Calderilla, driver of a small truck, was also injured while unloading items at the hotel.
