A video released on social networks shows the moment in which two criminals murder with firearms a man who was waiting at the reception of a business in the San Alonso neighborhood of Bucaramanga.

The video from the security camera of the business, located on 17th Street with Carrera 33A in the San Alonso neighborhood, shows that at 10:45 in the morning of this Sunday, November 12, two men who had just gotten off a motorcycle They entered the establishment and committed the crime.

In a chair located near the door was the victim, who was identified as José Luis Chaparro, 33 years old, a vehicle dealer.

The men wore black and gray sweatshirts, jeans and tennis shoes. In their hands they carried their helmets and among their clothes they hid their weapons. They made an appointment and sat near the victim.

At 10:48 in the morning, seconds after a man entered with a minor in his arms, the hitmen stood up and shot José Luis Chaparro. Before fleeing, they steal a black bag.

“They immediately approached where the victim was and committed the attack indiscriminately, hitting the man on several occasions,” said Colonel Diego Pinzón, Operational Commander of the Bucaramanga Metropolitan Police.

According to the officer, the man died after receiving three gunshot wounds to the head and arms. “Due to the severity of the injuries, he died at the scene. As for the aggressors, they fled on a motorcycle,” added the police commander.

In addition, José Luis Chaparro was reported to have a history of crimes of personal injury, in 2020, fraud, in 2019, theft, in 2016, document falsification, in 2012 and 2009, abuse. of trust, in 2011, as well as trafficking, manufacturing and carrying of firearms, in 2011. At the time of the body's removal, it was found that the victim was carrying a pistol with safe conduct.

He had been saved from another hitman attack

On October 14, 2023, José Luis Chaparro had been saved from a hitman attack in which Fabián Eduardo de Alba Pérez, 38 years old, alias 'La Mechuda', originally from Valledupar, lost his life, according to authorities in its moment.

The firearm attack occurred at 12:30 noon on Saturday, October 14, on Bulevar Santander with Carrera 16, in the San Francisco neighborhood. In that attack José Luis Chaparro was injured in the arm. The events occurred when they were traveling on a BWS motorcycle with the alias 'La Mechuda'.

According to witnesses, they were on Santander Boulevard on the motorcycle when two individuals also on a motorcycle intercepted them and shot them with a firearm.
