Couple from Eunápolis is found dead on Estrada Caraíva / Aldeia Xandó

A couple was found dead on Estrada Caraíva / Aldeia Xandó, rural area of ​​Porto Seguro, this Sunday morning (15).

The bodies of André Santos and Júlia Freire, residents of Eunápolis, according to the Radar report, were on the side of the road, with marks from gunshots.

A car, believed to belong to the victims, was found on fire at the scene, leading to the belief that the two were removed from the vehicle and executed, possibly the night before.

The killers also placed a note stuck in André's shorts with a sentence exclaiming that a certain faction resolved their disagreements using bullets.

André has already worked as a shuttle and app driver in Eunápolis, according to people close to him.

Hours before the murder, the couple posted, on their Instagram story, a photo taken on a beach in Caraíva celebrating four years of relationship.

Everything suggests that they were returning from the south coast of Porto Seguro via the local road when they were intercepted, removed from the vehicle and murdered.

The police will open an investigation to determine the author and motivation behind the double homicide.
