The victim, identified as José Lucas, was on a bicycle when he was approached by two individuals who arrived shooting. The young man still reacts and gets into a physical fight with one of the suspects, but is hit several more times until he falls to the ground and is hit with three fatal shots to the head and dies at the scene.

This Thursday (05), the Civil Police opened an investigation to investigate the case and according to delegate Thiago Prado, responsible for the investigation, the PC had already identified a dispute over drug trafficking in the neighborhood and believes that the young man's death was related with this fight between factions.

“We recently identified that in Conjunto Village Campestre there is a dispute over the drug trafficking market and two criminal groups are in conflict to exercise dominance over the 'mouth of tobacco'. Some of the members of these factions have already been identified, some are already in prison, others have outstanding arrest warrants”, explained Prado.

According to the police chief, the crime may be related to another episode that occurred less than a month ago on the same street. He also informed that specialized teams spent the morning carrying out investigations in the region, the suspects were identified and the police are working to arrest the two criminals who appear in the images in the act.
