If a child or in this case 2 children got hit and killed in the U.S everybody and their mama would stop 2 help but in other counties people dont care... They're both fake crimes that only exist in the USA and nowhere else on earth, and they were both invented by the American auto industry in an effort to force car dependence by criminalising merely existing outside a metal pod on wheels.
