I just pack some ash on top of my chore and go at it.  I usually just drink water and try to eat as much animal food and animal protein as possible to help with the panic attacks.  I think it has something to do with the brain not having enough nutrients

@DiezelDuckKellpuzzy lol no, panic attacks happen when you're dumb. i control my body, not other way around. i fully understand concept of panic attack, but i never have them. i'm suicidal and tried killing myself with gas, didn't take. not as easy as it seems on tv. but sometimes when i smoke weed or some synthetic stuff, i kind of have "chills" running down my spine when i think about being dead, that's closest thing to a "panic attack" i've ever had, but to me it's fun, i control it. it's kind of like adrenaline rush. i'm aware of what is going on and i control it. you just need to get better brain

No man panic attacks don't happen because someone is dumb.  That makes no God damn sense to even make such a statement.  Panic attacks are from past experiences and drugs definitely have been proven time and again to cause a lot of issues.  i was smoking meth back in 2020 and by the time I actually stopped and started sleeping outside and working a full time job it was about 2 months later that I was finally able to relax and sleep through the night.   I would sit awake after work 8pm-7am... would sit and could not fall asleep because of the drug use prior...so after two months I could sleep regularly.    Then in 2022 I started smoking crack...I was good for about 3 months or so.

Ya I used to have to have heroin or fent after I switched to it to go to sleep for 10 years I would have to get lit to sleep thank god I'm on methadone so i can but one time I had to kick in jail bro I didn't sleep for 9 days straight up withdrawling my ass off dope sick as a mother fucker and then you get the shittiest couple hours of sleep a night for about 2 or 3 months til your body gets used to not being on substances fuckin blows ass been there quite a few times
