Most indians are also as surprised as ur while watching these kind of stuff because these things happen in remote villages. We don't even know who they are why they are doing this etc. Out of 1.5 billion, even if a small percentage is filled with retards, it becomes larger than population of some countries. So we have whole country within us doing stuff like these They are from villages.
These subhumans surprise us too. I have the same reaction as u guys whenever i watch such videos.

I have also heard that we have a some human flesh eating tribes in north eastern forests. I have seen videos of them having hundreds of human skulls. They are called Nagas from nagaland. India is like a whole continent in itself. Its too wild. Thousands of forests still have tribal people in it. They are not disturbed by indian govt. Millions of remote villages and different people. Heck, the language changes some 5 kms from my home. Their looks changes, sometimes they look like chinks, their traditional dresses change, their eating habits everything changes. I live in south which is considered developed area in India. Even here there is so much diversity. U will hear 3-4 different languages in 5km radius. They have some culture again thats foreign to me. We were not meant to be such a big country with such diversity.90% of the things i see here are new to me too and most of them are almost a decade old. And India has seen significant changes in the last decade. So these things catch our attention too.
