A pedestrian who was hit several days ago at the intersection of Zarubina and Chapaeva streets has died in Saratov . An informed source told SarInform today.

Earlier, the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate reported that the tragedy occurred on July 31 at 20:30. At the intersection of Zarubina and Chapaeva streets, the "fifteenth" ran over a 39-year-old passerby. The driver fled, and the victim was hospitalized. He died in the hospital soon after.

There have been no reports yet of the arrest of the driver of the "fifteenth".

Meanwhile, the moment of the accident was captured on video. The recording was published on the Telegram channel "ChP Saratov". The footage shows that in fact the car hit not one, but two. Moreover, the men deliberately went out onto the roadway and walked towards the moving car, shouting. However, this did not stop the driver: he pressed the gas pedal and hit the people. One of the victims fell onto the road, the other rode a few meters on the hood of the "fifteenth". Moreover, the car drove onto a green zone and onto the sidewalk - it seemed that the accident was committed deliberately.
