Well, in reality, more than "illegal to talk like that" it's more like "illegal to force others to speak like this", so you can still talk with those pronouns but you cannot make others to necessarily refer to you like that, so here is not a big problem in reality.

But, as a matter of fact, its better if you don't talk like this because its consider a political matter for the government, so you can actually get fired or you can have problems with other people if you talk like this.
