SAN JUAN DEL RÍO, QRO., July 6, 2024.- A man was executed in broad daylight in Cadereyta de Montes, Querétaro, in front of the bus terminal. Authorities are investigating the crime captured on video.

A brutal murder took place on the side of Manuel Gómez Morín Boulevard in Cadereyta de Montes, where a man identified as Osvaldo N., a resident of Ezequiel Montes, was executed in broad daylight in front of the bus terminal.

The incident, which occurred near the Public Security Directorate module, was captured by the security camera of a nearby store. In the video, you can see how the attacker approaches the victim and, after a first failed attempt due to the gun jamming, he shoots repeatedly, causing the death of Osvaldo N.

Paramedics quickly arrived at the scene of the attack, but were only able to confirm that the victim no longer showed vital signs. The municipal police cordoned off the area and notified the Attorney General's Office of the State of Querétaro to begin the corresponding proceedings.

The security images are being reviewed by investigative police, who are looking for more clues about the escape of the perpetrator. So far, the authorities have not released additional information about the case.
