Police went to the Galán neighborhood, where they were alerted by neighbors of the attack on a disabled man, who is in a health center with a reserved prognosis.

The screams of a 42-year-old man alerted, at noon on Tuesday, June 11, about the risk to his life after an attack by two pit bull dogs in a house near the Galán neighborhood, in Bogotá.

The emergency, according to the Police, occurred on the terrace of the home of two brothers who lived with these two animals. The neighbors who realized what was happening due to the noises inside the house called uniformed officers, who quickly went to the scene, on Carrera 50 and Calle Tercero.

Upon arrival, according to Major Camilo González Cano, sectional chief of Carabineros and Rural Security, they found this man lying on the ground and being bitten by the animals. It also emerged that this person has a disability.
