North Lombok.Mediajurnalindonesia.id- Allegedly due to an electric shock, an employee of one of the Gili Trawangan Bar and Resto, Gili Indah Village, Selamat District, North Lombok Regency died on Sunday 19 May 2024 at around 22.30 WITA.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit for North Lombok Police, IPTU Gufron Subeki, confirmed that the employee died and that the victim came from Monggas Village, Kopang District, Central Lombok Regency.

"The incident occurred when the victim was closing in the kitchen with 3 of his colleagues," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit while representing North Lombok Police Chief AKBP Didik Putra Kuncoro, SIK, M.Sc., on Monday (20/05/2024).

At the time of the incident, the victim was not wearing shoes and wanted to brush the floor and the victim doused the floor with an aluminum bucket filled with water, causing the victim to be electrocuted by the chiller (refrigerator).

"Due to this incident, the victim was immediately rushed to the Warna clinic to receive medical assistance, but when he arrived at the clinic the victim could not be saved," explained Ghufron.
