Initially, three people witness the attack, but then the video shows that only two people remain an hour later, apparently the aggressor's brother and his partner , who witness the attack without intervening.

The victim, who preferred to remain anonymous, reported that she is five months pregnant and that the aggressor was inconsiderate in throwing her out onto the street without her belongings. Furthermore, she stated that Díaz Caballero has filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office and that she is winning the ruling, but the aggressor demands money from her to leave things as they are.
