Moments of horror at Evyapport port... The ship crashed into the port, the crane overturned!

The ship crashed into the cranes on the shore at Evyapport port in Kocaeli. Huge cranes toppled over the port, and the moments of horror were captured by cameras.

When the ship sailing in the Gulf could not stop, it crashed into 3 cranes on Evyapport port. The cranes fell one by one, like a domino effect, with great noise. After the incident was reported , health, police and fire brigade teams were dispatched to the area . 

The teams arrived at the scene in a short time and inspected the area to find out whether there were any injuries . In addition, thermal and security camera checks were made. The absence of workers and crane operators at the time of the accident prevented a major disaster.

STATEMENT FROM GOVERNOR YAVUZ

Making a statement about the accident that occurred at the port, Kocaeli Governor Seddar Yavuz said, "The accident occurred as a result of a foreign-flagged ship hitting the cranes while maneuvering to approach the port in Kocaeli. In the first findings, it was determined that there were no injuries and no environmental pollution occurred. "Get well soon," he said.
