A devastating traffic accident claimed the lives of two people and left a third in critical condition. The accident took place in the village of La Y Astilleros, near Las Cascadas, in the municipality of El Zulia, on the road linking Sardinata with Cúcuta. The three individuals involved were traveling on a motorcycle when they collided with the railing of a bridge, resulting in a fatal impact.

The accident, which was captured on video, evidences the severity of the collision, with one of the occupants becoming embedded in the bridge structure. So far, the identities of the victims have not been disclosed, but it is known that two of them died immediately at the scene, while the third is in serious condition.

Pending the arrival of the authorities, no official investigations have been initiated to clarify the circumstances surrounding this tragic event. This delay has generated concern and it is hoped that they will soon be able to offer answers and possible solutions to avoid future accidents of this nature.
