A Hanura Party group bus was involved in a deadly accident on the Ngawi Toll Road. This deadly accident left three people dead, including the bus driver and a number of other victims injured.

The Hanura Party Task Force group bus accident occurred on Sunday (4/2) yesterday, in Pengkol Village, Mantingan District, Ngawi Regency, East Java. The PO Efa Transjaya tourism bus with the police number W-7401-UO was carrying a group of Hanura Party Task Force members from Surabaya.

It is known that the bus was traveling fast from Solo to Ngawi. When it arrived at the scene of the Ngawi Toll Road, the bus tried to overtake the truck in front of it, but suddenly swerved and hit the toll road divider and rolled over.

"The driver allegedly lost control when trying to get in front of the truck in front of him, so he finally swerved to the right and hit the toll median and rolled over and dragged until he hit the guard rail," said Kanit Gakkum of the Ngawi Police Traffic Unit Ipda Yudhi Irawan to reporters in Ngawi, reported by Antara, Sunday (4/2/2024).

Catur Pancoro (47), resident of Tulangan Sidoarjo (driver);

Hadi Umar F (21), resident of Mojo Lebak, Mojokerto; and

Aditya (38), a resident of Cungkup Pucuk, Lamongan.

The Hanura Party Task Force group had a bus accident on the Ngawi Toll Road. At the time of the incident, the bus was on its way home after attending the Ganjar-Mahfud Md grand campaign event at Gelora Bung Karno (GBK), Jakarta, on Saturday (3/2/2024).

Three people died in the Hanura Party group's deadly accident on the Ngawi Toll Road, East Java. The police are still investigating the cause of the accident by conducting crime scene investigation and questioning witnesses.

Head of the Traffic Division of the Ngawi Police, AKP Sapari, said that the Hanura Party bus accident on the Ngawi Toll Road, KM 554.650 A, left three people dead and 16 injured. Currently, the police are still investigating the accident.

"We are still investigating," said Sapari, as reported by detikJatim, Monday (5/2/2024).

A total of four injured victims are still being treated at Widodo Ngawi Hospital. Of the four injured, one of them is still in the ICU and the others are in the hospitalization room.

"There are still four injured victims being treated at Widodo Ngawi Hospital. Of the four, one is still in the ICU and the other three are in the inpatient room," Sapari explained.

Meanwhile, the identities of these four victims are Suparlan, Ahmad Agus Suryono who is already in the inpatient room, Rudi Hariono Veri who is still in the ICU in a conscious condition and Yudianto who is still in the emergency room.
