Edit: According to reports, a Japan Coast Guard fixed-wing aircraft(MA722) and a Japan Airlines aircraft(JAL516/A350-900) on the runway apparently collided on the runway.
The Japan Coast Guard aircraft's captain was injured but escaped, and 5 people are said to be unaccounted for.
