His report,

On 11-24-2023 at approximately 2250 hrs, I, Trooper Blayn Lucas, was traveling eastbound on Interstate 630 in the area of mile marker #3. I observed a green Dodge Challenger traveling in the #2 lane displaying an unreadable Arkansas temporary license plate. I observed the vehicle drive up to another vehicle in front of it and begin to follow it too closely. I got behind the vehicle and activated my emergency lights to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle. The vehicle pulled over to the right shoulder and came to a stop in the area of mile marker #2. Once the vehicle was stopped, I observed the license plate did not expire until January of 2024. I exited my vehicle and began to approach the vehicle when I observed the vehicle begin to roll forward slightly. I continued my approach and when I was almost to the passenger’s side window, the vehicle accelerated and began to take off. I smacked the passenger’s side rear window pillar with my flashlight before it took off. The vehicle began to lose control and was driving sideways on Interstate 630. The vehicle regained control and began to flee eastbound on Interstate 630. I advised my dispatch that I was in pursuit with the vehicle I had stopped eastbound on Interstate 630. The vehicle was quickly changing lanes in moderate traffic at speeds of approximately 140 miles per hour. The vehicle took the exit to go Interstate 30 westbound and took the #139 Roosevelt Exit. The vehicle then turned onto E. 28th St. and continued to Rock Street. The vehicle turned onto Rock St. and drove back towards Roosevelt Road. The vehicle turned onto Roosevelt Rd. back towards Interstate 30 and turned eastbound onto the Frontage Rd. and merged back onto Interstate 30 eastbound. The vehicle was still traveling at a high rate of speed and took exit #140. As I began to take the exit, I did not decrease enough speed coming into the curve. This caused the front right corner of my vehicle to make contact with the concrete wall. My patrol unit traveled down the concrete wall and came to a stop. I advised my dispatch that I had wrecked out and that the suspect vehicle had gotten away. My supervisor arrived on scene with other Trooper and my vehicle was towed back to ASP headquarters. I was transported to UAMS to be medically evaluated for the collision

ASP pig wants to be the hero of the day and chases a violent dangerous tailgating suspect at 100+ mph then crashes into a wall at ~100 mph after braking. What a dangerous job protecting the citizens of Arkansas, and as a thank you gift Arkansas taxpayers can pay for a new car, disability pay, and medical bills. The dangerous tailgater tried to murder the poor pig trying to do his job so the taxpayers can pay for life in prison too if caught. ACAB
