None of the injuries are understood to be life threatening
A number of people were injured after a car and a Dublin Bus collided on the Greenhills Road on Tuesday evening.
At around 6:45pm yesterday, gardaí and emergency services rushed to attend the scene of a road traffic collision in Walkinstown, Co Dublin.
Although multiple people required medical attention for injuries sustained during the course of the incident, these injuries are understood to be non-life threatening.
Although the road was closed for a period of time, both firefighters from Dublin Fire Brigade and advanced paramedics have since cleared the scene of the collision.
Sharing a picture of the crash to social media, a Dublin Fire Brigade spokesperson wrote: "Firefighter/Advanced Paramedics have cleared the scene of a road traffic collision on the Greenhills Road. Traffic restrictions have now been lifted."
A garda spokesperson told the Irish Mirror: "Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a road traffic collision involving a car and a bus on the Greenhills Road in Walkinstown, Dublin 12 on Tuesday 21 November 2023 at approximately 6.45pm.
"A number of persons required medical attention for injuries sustained during the course of the incident, which are understood to be non-life threatening.
"The road has reopened to traffic."
