(PLO) - Police have temporarily detained the driver of a 16-seat vehicle traveling at high speed in an urban area, hitting two motorcyclists.
On November 7, Gia Lam District Police, Hanoi, said that the unit was criminally detaining the car driver for investigation related to the traffic accident.
Previously, on November 5, a 16-seat passenger car traveling on an inner city road in Dang Xa urban area, Gia Lam district traveled at high speed and then crashed into a motorbike carrying two people while crossing the road .
At the time of collision, the car was moving at a speed of over 80km/h.
The incident caused two motorcyclists to be thrown away, one of them died. Through testing, the driver of the 16-seat car did not violate the alcohol concentration.
