SAN MARCOS, Texas (KXAN) — Four years ago Thursday, San Marcos Police used a stun gun against a deaf man after they responded to a call of a physical disturbance. For the first time, KXAN received body camera video from that day. The video shows the man with his hands up before officers used the stun gun
San Marcos PD cops tased a DEAF MAN in the back for not complying to VERBAL orders. The man had just had a minor spat with his wife and was walking away to cool off. When the cops arrived, they approached the deaf man from behind, yelling commands before promptly firing TWO tasers into his back.
