Early this morning 16 October at 9:30 a.m. , a man who was not wearing clothes and was not mentally alert, with signs of being stoned, rushed into a market in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. Next, the subject used a knife to randomly slashed a number of people, injuring a man and woman. The victims were helped by people and taken to the emergency room with heavy bleeding and open wounds. The female victim, a woman about 70 years old, was seriously injured.
After that when confronted by multiple polices with guns, the slasher chose to end his own life by throat slitting.
The old female victim can also be seen in the video, after the slashed felt into the ground she was taken to the hospital by her neighbor.
