Although no news program in Ghana is going to write it like this, according to witnesses it was a military patrol that offered to "escort" the young woman to her home. Two suspects have been arrested for the murder (within three days, on different days). The point is that they are not related to each other, they are simply "poor" people who live nearby, and there is quite a bit of political commotion. But we are talking about a country where all these "public" violations are resolved with a "voluntary" confession that translates into reduced sentences that do not reach a maximum of 8 years.
