you should always feel the need inside you to stop watching porn, it really robs you of energy, mental clarity, the need to be productive, etc.
once you have overcome this unnatural waste of your sperm, you are able to compete with things and people you thought you would never be able to challenge

I'm not too sure about the science or psychology behind that theory, you wouldn't want to suppress it too much just in case it suddenly bursts one day in a spectacularly horrific fashion

#nofap does not disappoint, not me at least. As soons as you challenge yourself, you see how much you have made yourself independent to...this. It is a perversion of anything you can think of, while you experience it indirectly.

Realistically no fap is designed to let people come back to reality and start focusing on the things and people around them, I can't see any physical tasks that it would aid in but the psychological side is much different. Its the type of stuff that could send a loner into some bad places, I did actually once take a week long break from fapping and it did change my mind but only in a bad way. Every woman I saw both in real life and digitally were a huge turn on and my mind would create a VLC Player window showing my physiological porn featuring them. I felt it was getting to a harmful point, like it was fully twisting me into a creep. I went back to fapping and "normality" continued. A lot of people in jail for rape are probably guys who wanted to fix themselves through nofap but it massively backfired

I totally disagree. NoFap is a theory in which you purge this bad habits, along with these phantasies out of your body. One week doesn't do much, we would talk about more to see true psychological effects as the brain reconnects and detoxes. It subconciously realizes that it cannot satisfy it's natural instinct for intimacy, which is for reproduction purposes and which you simulated by fapping. People who rape are not linked to not masturbating, but excessively masturbating. The phantasies they adapt and create overrun them, often they are not actively being a part of society (or homo sapiens with less intellect and much more instinctal behaviour, which often is linked in normal behaviour in these societies (Africa is a good example)).

People actively trying to challenge themselves to not masturbate, have following benefits:
-smoother skin
-higher self conciousness and self-confidence
-higher concentration, mental sharpness
-generally higher testosterone (much higher on around 5 days, but it sinks afterwards again)
-ability to create more muscles (also a result of higher testosterone)
-more energy and higher motivation to do something in your life

Not everything is experienced by every NoFapper, as humans tend to differ from each other.
But the heavier the masturbator once was, which stopped, the higher the benefits.
