I can't help but notice the three kids that ran over to his aid. Not one of them looked either way before running over there. In addition, two adults did the same. One adult carrying a baby looked one way, which is better than neither but it might be a hint as to why so many ugly flat faced fucks die on the road. Hahahaha

Jaywalking and loitering are both victimless crimes that aren't even real fucking crimes! They're fake crimes that were both invented by the American auto industry in an effort to force car dependence by criminalising merely existing outside a metal pod on wheels.
